How to Contact Support with an Issue

Product Test Zone relies on your feedback to find bugs and improve the site.

When you send in an issue via Contact Support, please copy the full URL string and take a screenshot. These two items will help us recreate the issue you experienced. Taking a screenshot of what you see is very easy:

1. Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard (which will copy to your clipboard)

2. Open an image editor program (or even Word) and select paste

3. Save your document and attach it to your submission
